We are not responsible for shipments once they are in the postal transit system.  We will no longer reship or refund for lost packages. However, we will do what we can to help locate the package. International orders shipped to certain countries do not track all the way so be aware of this before placing an order.

OUT OF STOCK/SOLD OUT ITEMS

All refunds are issued back via the same form of payment that it was purchased with unless under $10.00.

All orders using Money Order as payment will receive refund by as a Store Credit.

Out of stock items happens when two orders are placed at the same time with a last item we have in stock.  The item goes to the person who completes check out first. 

If a refund is issued for Out of Stock items the following will happen:

UNDER $10.00 will receive a Store Credit 

OVER $10.01 it will be issued back to the form of payment you purchased with.
